Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty cards are included.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the returned timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
